ERGONOMICS IS TO INCREASE THE PRODUCTIVITY OF A COMPANY WITH LESS COST

Ergonomics is the process of designing or arranging workplaces, products and systems so that they fit the people who use them. Ergonomics is a branch of science that aims to learn about human abilities and limitations, and then apply this learning to improve people’s interaction with products, systems and environments.

Ergonomics aims to improve workspaces and environments to minimise risk of injury or harm. So as technologies change, so too does the need to ensure that the tools we access for work, rest and play are designed for our body’s requirements. Ergonomics aims to create safe, comfortable and productive workspaces by bringing human abilities and limitations into the design of a workspace, including the individual’s body size, strength, skill, speed, sensory abilities (vision, hearing), and even attitudes.

We develop a safe ergonomics program for an organisation to implement, adapt and document it. Adapting an ergonomics program minimises the risk injuries of the employees reducing sickness absenteeism and increasing the utility of work force thereby promoting productivity and profitability. We train the employees about easy, effective, pain free & safe handling of goods, desktop usage, work floor usage and maintenance etc., as per the needs of the concerned company/industry. We do treat pain, work related repetitive stress injuries and train employees how to prevent it. We do pre-employment assessment to identify whether an individual is physically capable for a job. We also undertake work hardening, job site assessment & office/factory ergonomics training. Education about fitness and health is offered to create awareness among the employees.

This ergonomics program is a continuous program which is monitored at frequent intervals by us onsite and through data. We inspect, analyse, document and make the necessary recommendations to modify or implement for betterment of a company. Do discuss with us for more details.
