Dr.T.R.Kabilan has an experience of 20 years in Physiotherapy. He was awarded Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy (Neurology) from The Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai and Post Graduate Diploma in Fitness Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Dr.T.R.Kabilan was awarded the Best outgoing MPT Student award 2005 by KMCH College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore. Currently he is a PhD research scholar at Saveetha University, Chennai. He is also a Honorary Research Associate at Madras Institute of Magnetobiology, Chennai.
Dr.T.R.Kabilan is a Certified Kinetic Control Movement Therapist from Kinetic Control, UK, Certified Advanced Dorn therapist from International Dorn Forum, Germany & Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner from Kinesiotaping Association International (KTAI), US. He has completed his Advanced Fascial Manipulation training (including FM for Internal Dysfunction) under the founder Luigi Stecco, Fascial Manipulation Institute, Italy.
He accumulated his clinical expertise at Kovai Medical Center & Hospitals Limited (KMCH), Coimbatore; Apollo Hospitals, Chennai; National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore; Fitness Foundation Academy, YMCA, Chennai; A.G.Neuro Hospital, Salem; Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College Hospital, Salem. He had served as Clinical Instructor at Hospital Angkatan Tentera Tuanku Mizan (Tuanku Mizan Armed Forces Hospital), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ; Lecardia Elderly Care, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Pusat Siti Nor Aini Elderly home, Kajang, Malaysia.
He had served as academician at Asia Metropolitan University, Malaysia ; KMCH College of Physiotherapy, Coimbatore and Mannai Narayanasamy College of Paramedical Sciences, Thanjavur. He had also served as Program Manager at Asia Metropolitan University & Masterskill Global Colleges, Malaysia.
Dr.T.R.Kabilan is enthusiastic and participates in regular professional development activities and keeps himself abreast of the developments in health care. He has delivered numerous lectures/presentations at institution, state, national and international conferences. He had won an award for the latest therapy trends for Parkinson's disease at International Rehab Conference, 2008 & in 2021.
His research interest is towards the use of electromagnetics for neurological disorders, cure for low back pain and neck pain, biofeedback, rehabilitation of stroke and Parkinson's disease and fitness for specific population (Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Obesity).
Dr.R.Gajalakshmi has 20 years of Physiotherapy experience. She was awarded Bachelor of Physiotherapy from The Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai and Master of Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. She has specialized in Human Resource Management. She had learnt Tai Chi (Chinese Exercise) under the guidance of Master Wong Sow Hong at Kuala Lumpur Taijicise Centre Point, Malaysia.
Dr.R.Gajalakshmi accumulated her clinical experience at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai ; National Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore ; Kurinji Hospital, Salem; Bhagya Physiotherapy Clinic, Salem and Vivekananda Institute of Medical Science & Research (VIMSAR), Tiruchengode; Fitness Foundation Academy, YMCA, Chennai ; Vinayaka Mission's Kirupananda Variyar Medical College Hospital, Salem & St.Mary's Leprosy Centre, Salem. Dr.R.Gajalakshmi is a registered life time member of Indian Association of Physiotherapists bearing registration number 22826.
Dr.R.Gajalakshmi had served as academician at Asia Metropolitan University, Malaysia; Vivekananda College of Physiotherapy, Tiruchengode and Annai Theresa Institute of Paramedical Sciences, Salem. During her academic tenure, she had received several accolades towards her teaching.
Dr.R.Gajalakshmi updates herself to the latest trends in therapy and fitness through extensive reading and attending training workshops. She is specially interested in pelvic dysfunction, antenatal and postnatal care of mother and baby, treatment of female urinary incontinence, Tai Chi, Soft tissue manipulation and Fitness and healthy weight reduction for female.
